Devotional Thought
Every Christian has a ministry. Whether you are called to the pulpit, the business world, the school system, the medical field, the government, or to some other area of service, you have a divine assignment. Whatever this assignment may be:
- You can do it with boldness and confidence.
- You can do it with passion and resolve.
- You can do it with a spirit of excellence.
- You can do it with the assurance of God’s presence and power.
Because of the indwelling Holy Spirit, you are equipped to do whatever God calls you to do in life and ministry.
Practical Moment
Throughout this month, you have been encouraged to draw close to the Lord:
- By reading, studying, and meditating on the Word (everyday).
- By spending time with him in prayer.
- By submitting yourself to him in obedience.
- By worshipping him in spirit and in truth.
- By committing yourself to fellowship with other believers.
- By using your spiritual gifts.
Now, it is time to apply what you have learned by stepping out in faith and using what God has placed within you. One person who surrenders his or her life to God can change the world.
